We only ask for what we need to plan and deliver your adventure:

• Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number, country, and (for restricted or conservation-area permits) passport details.
• Booking details: the tour, rental, or activity you choose, dates, number of participants, dietary or medical information you choose to share, and special requests.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Communications: messages you send us by form, email, or WhatsApp.

Any media our crew captures during guided trips remains the copyrighted property of Nepal MTB Adventures. Where we would like to use images of you for promotion, we will ask your permission first.

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent. Family bookings are made and managed by an adult.
