Whereas, the Stupa single trail is full of flowy and technical sections with roots, rocks and switch-backs. Yes, we do provide all the protective gears that include helmet, gloves, elbow and knee pads.
A day pack is highly recommended to carry snacks and water. So, you can bring a small bag with you.
