Pokhara Mountain Bike Center was established in 2003 aiming to promote mountain biking in Nepal through the training and mobilizing of children and young people. It is a pioneer institution offering guided mountain biking tours in Nepal with experienced, well-equipped guides trained by professional French riders. We are proud to say that we have been privileged in recent years to share ideas with and learn from European Champions Remy Absalon and Anne Caroline Chausson (17 times World Champion). Meanwhile we have also been exploring trails and training our youth to become world class riders and excellent tour guides in the future which will help to promote sustainable mountain biking, develop eco-tourism and further the educational and socio-economic development of Nepal. For the best riders in our club we offer scholarship programmes to motivate local

children to participate in mountain biking. We have the best mountain biking guided tours in Pokhara, Chitwan, Kathmandu, Manakamana, Jomsom and Annapurna ranging from one day to two weeks to suit your holiday schedule in Nepal. By joining a guided mountain biking tour with us you are providing employment to our institution while at the same time contributing to the promotion of mountain biking in Nepal. Furthermore you will add another voice to aid in the protection of the environment. Pokhara Mountain Bike Club offers free mountain bike training along with bikes and other equipment while ensuring protection for disadvantage children and young people whom otherwise would not have access to this unique sport. This fund is a vital part of our work and contributes greatly to the development of a wonderful project in the local community. The fund is offered by our Rental Bike and Guided Tour Center at our office in Pokhara Lakeside, Khahare-6 Nepal.
